Teal Glitter

I have to pat myself on the back because I have been very good with posting to my blog lately. This blog is my baby because I had it for so many years. I remember when I first started this blog. It was kinda like a journal to me showcasing what I was learning in school and my growth as a artist. A lot of my post had to be deleted due to the photos not showing up but that's ok. I used to come here to vent and I need to get back into that!! Start expressing myself. I will be doing that more on my channel as well. Are you following me there? Please do!!  Anyways here is what I used to achieve this look:

Face: MAC Strobe cream, KISS BB Cream in Light Medium, LA PRO concealers in Fawn, Warm Beige and Chestnut. Black Opal Translucent press powder and Ben Nye Banana powder

Eyes: Milani Shadow base, Nars Night Flight Eyeshadow, MAC Reflects Teal, Rimmel Scandal eyes and Ardell Double Up lashes in 206

Brows: MAC Boy.Girl and Maybelline Brow pencil

Cheeks: MAC MSF in Sun Power and Milani Carolina Baked Blush

Lips: MAC Underplay (Discontinued) and Enchantress gloss

Chatting about Black Opal (FOTD)

  

I wanna say thank you to the good people over at Black Opal Cosmetics for giving me such great items to blog about. I have been loving Black Opal for years and I use them on majority of my clients since I cater to woman of color often. I love that Black Opal is affordable and can be found at drugstores like CVS, Duane Reade, Walgreens, Rite Aid etc. In this pic above I'm going to share with you what I used:

Face: Primer, Black Opal Heavenly Honey, Truly Topaz and Suede Mocha, Black Opal pressed powder, Black Radiance Mocha Carmel as a contour, Black Radiance Soft Honey blush (discontinued) and Ruby Kisses in Bronze Glow

Eyes: Heavenly honey as a base, Black Opal Color Splurge eyeshadow duo in Idyllic Desire, M.A.C Texture in crease and Brulee on brow bone, Beauty Supply Store lashes, and M.A.C Carbon as a smokey liner and Black Opal Volumizing mascara

Lips: M.A.C Underplay lipstick and Black Opal Color Splurge gloss in glow.

 (Makeup lasted all day until about 9:30pm)

Color Splurge Eyeshadow Duos in Idyllic Desire, Psychedelic Craze and Midnight Allure. I do recommend a base for these shadow and a glitter base as well because these shadows are full of shimmer
